Michelle gets a zip on new wheels
Disabled Tourette syndrome sufferer, Michelle Smith, has become mobile in a motorised wheelchair. Michelle has been almost house-bound and relied on others to help her at home or take her places. She says the new wheelchair has given her a new life.
Community linked with abilities
Months ago, Kathyanne Bishop would have barely left her home. Thanks to Intereach’s AbilityLinks program, she’s started her own craft program at the Tolland Community Centre.
