Settlement Services International (SSI) is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of services in the areas of humanitarian settlement, housing, asylum seeker assistance, multicultural foster care, disability support and employment services in NSW. SSI's bilingual and cross-cultural workforce can help overcome cultural and language barriers which can inhibit access to support services.

Ability Links NSW (ALNSW) is a key part of the NSW Government's plan to reshape and improve the way people with disability, their family and carers are supported by placing them at the centre of decision making. ALNSW works within local communities to assist people with disability, their family and carers to be valued and active members of their community, and work with communities to facilitate the social and economic inclusion of people with disability.

The National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation, Transport and Community Services (NATSIC) was formed on 10 April 2013 as the Aboriginal peak body for transport and access for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities across Australia. NATSIC members work together as a collective voice to advocate on the issues of transport and access for Aboriginal people and communities.

Kinchela Boys Home Aboriginal Corporation delivers Ability Links NSW across a number of LGAs in Sydney including Bankstown, Liverpool, Canterbury, City of Sydney, Ashfield, Burwood, Strathfield, Fairfield. What is Ability Links? Ability Links aims to assist people with disability to be valued and equal members of their communities and to help build a society where people with disability enjoy inclusive lives in all spheres. Who can access Ability Links in NSW? • People with disability aged from 7 to 64 years and who are generally not accessing specialist disability services • Carers and families of people with disability • A diverse range of people including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians and culturally and linguistically diverse people and communities.

NSW Ability Links Ability links is a short-term linking service for people with challenged abilities aged from 7 to 64 years. The program will ensure that people can find information and be encouraged to take up opportunities to access their local communities - outside of the traditional “disability service system”. Ability links offers people with challenged abilities a “Linker” who will assist to boost their self-confidence and become included in their wider community. Linkers will work with their local communities to help them become more welcoming and inclusive for people with challenged abilities. Linkers work with participants, their families and/or carers to help plan for their future, build on their strengths and skills, and develop networks in their own communities. The aim is to encourage families in the pre-diagnosis stage and continue to support them until they establish appropriate supports following diagnosis. Linkers can help you to learn about and understand your child’s diagnosis. Linkers can assist you to build connections to community, mainstream and specialist services. Early Links Coordinators provide support for families and children to gain access to disability specialists either mainstream or Aboriginal. Winanga-Li family services include ; Parents education, Family support, Health programs, Cultural knowledge and referral to specialist services

Kurranulla Aboriginal Corporation is based at Jannali within the Sutherland Shire. Kurranulla aims to advocate, develop and support organisations and individual Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to work in a culturally appropriate manner toward meeting the needs of frail, aged, and younger people with disabilities.

SCMSAC works with Aboriginal Communities to provide a quality culturally appropriate service, which promotes the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities residing in the regions where we deliver services. Early Links - Kiama, Wollongong City, Shoalhaven, Shellharbour City, Bega Valley, Bombala, Cooma-Monaro, Eurobodalla, Goulburn Mulwaree, Palerang, Queanbeyan City, Upper Lachlan, Yass Valley and Snowy River. Western Alliance Ability Links are made up of 3 Aboriginal organisations Deniliquin, Broken Hill and Orange Local Aboriginal Land Councils and in partnership with Intereach. Deniliquin Local Aboriginal Land Council covers the following areas: Adelong, Albury, Balranald, Barham, Batlow, Berrigan, Blighty, Carrathool, Coleambally, Conargo, Coolamon, Cootamundra, Cummeragundja, Dareton, Darlington Point, Deniliquin, Euston, Finley, Griffith, Gol Gol, Gundagai, Harden, Hay, Hillston, Howlong, Jerilderie, Junee, Leeton, Mathoura, MoonaCullah, Moulamein, Narrandera, Savernake, Tarcutta, Temora, Tocumwal, Tumbarumba, Tumut, Wagga Wagga, Wakool, Wentworth, Young. We also work with prison parolee's from Junee Correctional facility and Mannus Correctional facility. Broken Hill Local Aboriginal Land Council cover the following Areas: Bourke, Broken Hill, Brewarrina, Cobar, Ivanhoe, Menindee, Tibooburra, Wilcannia.
